So today I thought I would share a look I did using the Huda Beauty New Nudes Palette.
This is the first Huda Beauty product I have ever purchased. The palette was a bit on the pricier side I believe it runs for $65. I waited a while before purchasing it, I read reviews and then went to Sephora and looked at in person. Although it cost a lot, I'm happy I treated myself. The New Nudes Palette is very pretty and I find the shadows easy to blend and pigmented. It's a great addition for a makeup addict like me.
To start my look off I primed my eyes with the concealer that comes in the palette. It works well, but it gets dirty since it is open in the palette. I then set the primer with the color Bare. Using my Real Techniques 305 brush I added the color Play all over my crease. I followed that up by applying the color Secret with my Morphe M321 brush to my crease and blending the two colors together.
I'm still teaching myself how to cut crease so I did that using Tarte Shape Tape Concealer and a flat small shadow brush from BH Cosmetics. Once applied I used my finger to remove some excess and added the color Daydream over the concealer with my finger again and a Morphe M124 brush.
To define the cut crease more I went around the edge with my Sigma E30 with the color Secret. I then smoked the eye out a little by adding the color Raw with my Sigma E45 brush to the outer crease and corner of my eye. I then used a blending brush to clean up any sharp edges and applied the color Fantasy between Daydream and Raw so they smoothed together nicely. To finish everything up I added Secret to my lower lash line with a Luxie 141 brush, Urban Decay 24/7 Gel Liner in the color Mainline to my waterline, black eyeliner from Lottie London and Avon's Love at 1st Lash Mascara.

Overall I'm happy with this look. It's pretty neutral but is does have a little color. I think the Huda Palette is nice overall. If I'm going to be a little critical, I did find that there was quite a bit of kickback in the pans, but I have that happen with a few different brands and it really doesn't bother me too much. It's not a deal breaker for me. Anyway hope you like this look, thanks for checking out my blog and sharing my love of makeup!
